Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance for LIHTC and other affordable housing programs across on-site and corporate teams. The role requires travel based on business needs and audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

You will train staff on LIHTC, fair housing, and related procedures while maintaining compliance documentation and liaising with Local Housing Authority and State Agencies.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of on-site or compliance experience processing LIHTC (Section 42) paperwork.
• Experience with affordable housing programs such as HUD, Section 8, 202, and/or 811.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and communicate effectively with others.

Mansioni

• Ensure regulatory compliance with housing programs across sites.
• Travel as required based on business needs.
• Perform audits and implement solutions.
• Enter data into compliance reporting systems and maintain files.
• Conduct ongoing training for on-site staff on LIHTC, fair housing, and compliance procedures.
• Process commissions for move-ins and re-certifications.
• Communicate with Local Housing Authority and State Agency staff about compliance, inspections, audits.
• Assist in Mass Recertifications/Re-syndication/Lease ups/Acquisitions.
• Review property management software data for accuracy.
• Verify 60/50% Tax Credit, Bond, and RDA unit counts per property.
• Follow up and retrieve Utility Allowances and income/rent limits.
