Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance team and ensure HUD/LIHTC regulatory requirements across the portfolio.

This corporate role focuses on maintaining program integrity, implementing action plans, and coordinating with housing authorities. The position requires on-site work approximately 3 days per week in Spokane, WA.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of compliance experience with LIHTC/Section 42 certifications.
• Experience with Bond, RDA, and HOME programs.
• Certifications such as HCCP, COS or TCS are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of in-house compliance managers and specialists.
• Interpret regulatory agreements and monitor plans of action for non-compliant sites.
• Generate and approve Rent Schedules and respond to affordable audits.
