Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee daily performance of the compliance team and ensure HUD/LIHTC regulatory compliance across the portfolio. The role includes training, audits, and cross‑agency coordination.

You will travel as needed, conduct trainings on LIHTC/HUD/Bond programs, review reports, manage annual recertifications, and liaise with housing authorities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of LIHTC/Section 42 compliance experience.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, Bond, RDA and HOME programs.
• HCCP, COS or TCS or equivalent certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily performance of in-house compliance managers and specialists; travel as needed.
• Conduct affordable-program trainings (LIHTC, HUD, Bond, RDA, HOME).
• Interpret regulatory agreements and monitor plans for sites out of compliance.
• Generate and approve rent schedules and oversee all compliance reporting.
