Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) in Reno, NV seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee the compliance team for HUD/LIHTC portfolios. Travel as needed. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

You will interpret complex regulatory agreements, generate rent schedules, and lead audits including Pre-MOR and monitored reviews. Collaboration with housing authorities is essential.

Qualifications

• LIHTC/Section 42 experience in certifications
• Experience with other affordable programs (Bond, RDA, HOME)
• HCCP/COS/TCS or equivalent certification required

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily performance of the compliance team; travel as needed
• Implement plans for sites out of compliance
• Interpret HUD/LIHTC regulatory agreements
• Manage rent schedules and monitoring audits
• Coordinate with housing authorities and HUD
