Origence, a fintech leader in lending solutions, seeks a Compliance Manager – FI Connect to administer and maintain the CMS for FI Connect. You will partner across business functions to monitor compliance and support the program, supervising the Compliance Analyst and advising teams on compliance matters.

With 5+ years in financial services compliance and deep regulatory knowledge, you will drive risk-based monitoring, track issues to resolution, and help ensure fair lending and governance

Formación

• 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
• Strong working knowledge of consumer lending regulations (TILA, Reg Z, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA).
• Experience managing compliance teams or supervising team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain CMS documentation and tracking for compliance.
• Lead compliance risk assessments, evaluate control effectiveness, and document gaps.
• Develop and execute risk-based compliance monitoring and testing activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and elevate strategic compliance matters.
• Manage issues, findings, and corrective action tracking through resolution.
• Analyze consumer complaints to identify issues and corrective action.
