Job summary

Origence is seeking a Compliance Manager – FI Connect to oversee day-to-day CMS administration, monitor regulatory adherence, and guide cross-functional teams. You will supervise a Compliance Analyst and advise business units on lending, consumer protections, and regulatory requirements.

The role drives program execution, risk assessments, and remediation actions while staying current on evolving regulations. A hybrid work environment and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending.
• Strong working knowledge of consumer lending regulations (TILA, Reg Z, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA).
• Experience managing compliance teams and supervising staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CMS documentation and tracking for regulatory compliance.
• Lead compliance risk assessments and remediation.
• Develop and execute risk-based monitoring and testing.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on strategic direction.
• Manage issues, findings, and corrective actions.
• Analyze consumer complaints to identify issues and improvements.
