Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance Team within the accounts Center of Excellence. You will deliver performance management reporting, HSSE reporting and auditing to meet JLL and client requirements.

Your focus includes developing executive dashboards, monitoring KPIs and leading or supporting client contract reporting. The role emphasizes governance, data integrity and continuous improvement in a remote/field-capable setup in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSSE compliance and reporting.
• Proven auditing and performance reporting capabilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of relevant standards and regulatory guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance management reporting, HSSE reporting and auditing.
• Develop KPI dashboards and monitor risk indicators.
• Support client and JLL reporting requirements under the MSA/SOW.
• Maintain governance structures, procedures and templates.
