Job summary

JLL seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety Director to lead EHS programs across multiple facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture. The role requires expert technical guidance and the ability to drive continuous improvement with senior leadership.

You will oversee HSSE teams, manage recordkeeping, investigations, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering training and strategic direction to reduce risk and improve safety outcomes across the account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EHS or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading an EHS program.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of current EHS legislation and regulations.
• Practical knowledge of health and safety tools and techniques in facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of EHS culture and training programs on the account.
• Provide technical expertise and strategic leadership on regulatory compliance across all facilities.
• Manage EHS oversight, trending factors and indicators to account and Client leadership monthly.
• Support the HSSE Vertical and EHS Americas leaders with new compliance programs.
• Manage OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping and serve as Account Administrator for JLL AIMS.
• Lead or support investigations of serious safety events and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other EHS managers to share best practices across accounts.
