Job summary

JLL is seeking an Analyst, Compliance to support Life Sciences client operations with strong regulatory and risk management expertise. You will balance oversight with pragmatic problem-solving while focusing on ethics, accuracy, and stakeholder collaboration.

The role emphasizes training, audits, and cross-functional work with the MCAM team and client stakeholders in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, facilities or project mgmt.
• Knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory frameworks (FDA, GMP) or similar.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems in compliance settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Facilities/Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer AAE work order mgmt, ensuring KPI/SLAs compliance.
• Maintain CMMS data integrity and client protocol compliance.
• Support audits and risk assessments across MCAM teams.
• Collaborate with operations and clients to embed compliance in activities.
• Help conduct compliance trainings for staff on Life Sciences rules.
• Adhere to all policies, training timelines, and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
