Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to lead on-site safety and environmental compliance for a major account in Minneapolis, MN. You will manage training, investigations, and KPI reporting while ensuring alignment with client and JLL HSSE standards.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, incident response, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HSSE experience.
• Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or relevant field.
• Knowledge of health and safety tools, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for HSSE requirements on the account.
• Lead development and refinement of HSSE culture and training programs.
• Provide expertise on regulatory compliance and oversight of training matrices.
• Collaborate with JLL HSSE Life Sciences team to share best practices.
• Manage trend analysis and report KPIs and risk indicators.
• Investigate significant safety events and coordinate corrective actions.
