Job summary

JLL seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance Team within the Accounts Center of Excellence. The role delivers hands-on performance management reporting, HSSE reporting, and auditing, ensuring alignment with JLL and client requirements.

You will develop governance structures, dashboards, and KPIs; lead audits, data integrity checks, and regulatory analysis, collaborating with client sites and internal teams under the MSA/SOW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
• 3+ years of HSSE experience.
• 3+ years in auditing and reporting.
• 3+ years in performance management.
• Knowledge of standards, legislation, codes of practice, and operating procedures.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and information management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to identify root causes of problems and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Your day will be focused on three key areas: performance management reporting, HSSE requirements and reporting and auditing.
• Provide technical reporting and support on HSSE regulatory compliance issues.
• Manage trend analysis to adjust management systems as necessary.
• Provide JLL Team and Client Team with key performance and risk indicators.
• Participate with operating sites as needed to lead or support reporting requirements within the client contract.
• Support environmental compliance efforts as specified in the MSA/SOW.
• Perform complex audits for account compliance and risk management.
• Maintain and audit data records for accuracy and compliance.
