Qualifications

• 1. Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• 2. Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation.
• 3. Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• 4. Superior academic credentials and references.
• 5. Commitment to excellent client service and client-centered practice.
• 6. Comfort analyzing complex legal issues (jurisdiction, choice-of-law, admiralty).
• 7. Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, strongly preferred.
