Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is a leading international law firm seeking a senior associate with 7–9 years of experience to join its Chambers-ranked product liability team. The role focuses on defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation of national and international significance, with emphasis on aviation and transportation sectors.

The candidate will contribute to excellent client service, possess strong writing skills, and have clerkship or appellate-level experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication
• Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery and trial
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice
• Familiarity with jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty issues
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-stakes litigation matters for aviation and transportation clients
• Supervise teams through all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial
• Support national and international matters with rigorous legal analysis
