Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP seeks a senior-level associate (7-9 years) to join our Chambers-ranked product liability team, defending clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on the aviation and transportation industry sectors. Qualifications

• Strong writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• Clerkship experience at appellate level is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance, with an emphasis on aviation and transportation sectors.
• Manage cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial.
• Oversee and coordinate discovery, motions, expert work, and trial preparation.
• Demonstrate superior academic credentials and references and commitment to excellent client service.
