Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publications.
• Experience managing cases and teams through discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• Strong academic credentials and references.
• Commitment to excellent client service and client-centered practice.
• Comfort with jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead litigation teams in aviation and transportation matters from pre-trial to trial.
