• Excellent writing demonstrated through clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience managing cases and teams through discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• Superior academic credentials and references.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation in aviation/transportation sectors.
• Lead cases and teams through all stages of litigation (pre-trial discovery, motions, trial).
