The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent writing, manage cases and teams through all stages of litigation, and show a client-centered approach; clerkship experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial.
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
