Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated through clerkship, law review, moot court, or publication.
• Experience managing cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Ability to manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• Superior academic credentials and references.
• Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
• Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues including jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty issues.
• Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters of national and international significance.
• Lead cases and teams through all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, experts, and trial.
• Manage complex cases with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrate superior academic credentials and strong references.
