Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills demonstrated by clerkship, law review, moot court, or publications.
• Experience managing cases and teams through all phases of litigation.
• Ability to manage complex matters with minimal oversight.
• Strong academic credentials and solid references.
• Commitment to client service and client-centered practice.
• Ability to analyze jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty issues.
• Clerkship experience at appellate level is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cases through all stages of litigation: discovery, motions, experts, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and key filings with precision.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments and offices.
