Insure National is seeking a Senior Complex Claims Specialist to manage high-severity Professional Liability claims and lead technically across specialty lines. The role emphasizes A&E exposure, mentorship, and evolving leadership within a collaborative claims team in a hybrid environment.

The candidate will handle complex claims, drive strategy, and contribute to training initiatives while expanding expertise into allied lines.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of Professional Liability or specialty claims handling.
• Experience with Architects & Engineers (A&E) claims strongly preferred.
• Strong coverage analysis, litigation management, negotiation and mediation.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex, high-exposure Professional Liability claims from investigation through resolution.
• Analyze coverage, direct litigation strategy, negotiate settlements with defense counsel and stakeholders.
• Serve as SME, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and consultation to peers.
• Develop and deliver training, participate in claim roundtables, improve technical excellence.
• Support growth of a collaborative severity team across Allied Healthcare, Medical PL, Media and other lines.
