Responsibilities

• Proactively handle professional liability claims including E&O and A&E to obtain fair payouts.
• Assess coverage issues and issue coverage letters.
• Complete timely investigations and set reserves.
• Pursue risk transfer opportunities, including indemnity issues.
• Handle claims per RLI Best Practices.
• Travel to mediations and trials as warranted.
