CNA Insurance in Colorado is seeking an experienced senior claims professional to manage the most complex commercial claims with national scope. The role partners with senior leaders, oversees coverage determinations, and guides multi-year matters through negotiations and litigation when needed.

The position supports a flexible, hybrid schedule and may be based in any CNA office location, including Colorado.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred in a related discipline or equivalent.
• Typically a minimum ten years of relevant experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable.
• Advanced negotiation experience
• Professional designations are highly encouraged (e.g. CPCU)

Responsibilities

• Manages the most complex commercial claims with high loss exposure per company protocols.
• Drives exceptional customer service and timely claims handling.
• Verifies coverage and manages reserves per policy language.
• Leads investigations to determine compensability and damages.
• Develops and executes claim resolution strategies with internal and external partners.
• Establishes significant claim budgets and manages resources.
• Identifies subrogation or fraud opportunities for further action.
• Presents complex information to senior leadership and counsel.
