Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.
• Advanced negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the most complex commercial claims with high loss exposure across a specialized line.
• Oversees claim handling including coverage determinations, investigations and resolution strategies.
• Verifies coverage and manages reserves in line with policy language.
• Leads focused investigations to determine compensability and damages.
• Drives claim resolution with internal/external partners, including complex settlements and litigation management.
