Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience handling complex insurance claims, litigation or related experience.
• Experience with management liability claims highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage scope and extent for D&O, EPL, and fiduciary claims.
• Investigate, evaluate, and disposition complex claims with leading counsel.
• Develop investigation strategies addressing liability, causation and damages.
• Communicate with insureds, brokers and underwriters to manage expectations.
• Budget litigation, set ground rules with defense and coverage counsel.
• Occasionally present to senior management on claim dispositions and strategy.
