Job summary

WEKA in the United States is seeking a Senior Competitive & Market Intelligence Manager to build and lead the intelligence capability that reveals where the market is heading, how competitors evolve, and what WEKA must do to win. This is a hands-on, technical role to design systems, tools, cadence, and feedback loops that turn signals into a trusted intelligence engine.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, product marketing, product strategy, management consulting, or a closely related role in enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling a competitive or market intelligence program with systems, tools, processes, and feedback loops.
• Strong experience conducting competitive research and translating findings into clear positioning, recommendations, enablement, and executive insights.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand enterprise infrastructure architectures, product capabilities, and differentiators.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale WEKA's competitive and market intelligence program, including sources, tooling, workflows, taxonomy, cadence, governance, distribution, and feedback loops.
• Develop deep intelligence on priority competitors across products, architecture, performance, positioning, customers, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor competitor pricing, packaging, licensing, and surface shifts to inform pricing decisions.
• Translate signals into implications and opportunities for WEKA, influencing product and GTM strategy.
• Create and improve competitive positioning, battlecards, playbooks, and field tools for Sales and Marketing.
• Establish scalable field intelligence loops with Sales and GTM Ops to turn deal data into actionable intelligence.
