WEKA is the AI data and memory infrastructure company building the future of AI. WEKA is seeking a Senior Competitive & Market Intelligence Manager to design and scale our intelligence program, turning signals into actionable insights that shape positioning and strategy.

Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will create an intelligence engine, collaborate across Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering and GTM Operations, and deliver executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in competitive intelligence or market intelligence in enterprise technology.
• Experience building or scaling a CI/MI program with systems, processes, cadence, and governance.
• Strong ability to translate research into concise, actionable insights for executives.
• Technical aptitude to understand enterprise infrastructure architectures and product differentiation.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and GTM Operations to apply intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; located in North America and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale WEKA's competitive and market intelligence program with sources, tooling, workflows, and governance.
• Own deep intelligence on priority competitors across products, performance, positioning, customers, and GTM strategy.
• Monitor pricing and packaging changes and surface shifts to inform pricing decisions.
• Translate signals into clear points of view and actionable recommendations for product, positioning, and strategy.
• Create competitive positioning tools, battlecards, and enablement materials for Sales and Marketing.
• Establish the Field Intelligence Loop to capture market insights from sellers, partners, and customers.
• Support competitive deals and deliver executive intelligence briefs to leadership.
• Leverage AI and automation to accelerate research and synthesis and integrate into workflows.
