Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager to build and run the CI program, providing sales with sharp differentiation, timely insights, and effective strategies to win. You will partner with product marketing, product management, and marketing to enable field teams and shape GTM messaging.

Responsibilities include defining the CI program, creating battlecards and training, mapping competitor capabilities, and delivering timely reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Deep fluency in IT and Digital Operations.
• 5+ years leading competitive intelligence for a product or product lines (SaaS B2B preferred).
• Ability to craft messages, tools and battlecards for field enablement.
• Strong ability to frame problems, balance trade-offs, and synthesize clear solutions.
• Interest in using AI tools to automate intelligence delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and run the CI program with cross-functional teams.
• Equip sales with positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
• Identify competitive differentiation and maintain win/loss insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and report findings to stakeholders.
• Train field teams on the latest CI insights and strategies.
• Collaborate with product/PMM to articulate GTM messaging.
• Provide external interview-based win/loss perspectives to leadership.
• Leverage AI/tools to speed research and content delivery.
