Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Compensation Manager to serve as the subject matter expert on compensation programs, governance, and market pricing. You will lead job evaluations, salary structure administration, and annual planning while partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

You will administer compensation surveys, reporting, and analytics, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal equity across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Expertise in market pricing, job evaluations, salary structure administration, compensation analyses, annual compensation planning, and compensation survey participation.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, FLSA, wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and governance practices; healthcare experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, Workday, and MarketPay; CCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead job evaluations, market pricing, salary structure administration, and annual compensation planning.
• Administer compensation systems, market surveys, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Support compensation governance, pay transparency initiatives, and regulatory compliance across multiple business units.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership to deliver market-based compensation recommendations and workforce planning.
• Ensure internal equity and regulatory compliance in all compensation programs.
