Job summary

Radiology Partners, a physician-led national radiology practice, seeks a Manager, Physician Compensation to lead the centralized compensation function for remote practices. You will own calculations, develop scalable processes, and partner with operations, finance, and data teams to ensure accuracy and transparency.

You will translate complex models into actionable analyses, drive data quality improvements, and mentor a team as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, operations, or healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Own accurate and timely calculation of physician compensation for national remote practices.
• Translate complex compensation models into clear analyses to drive understanding and decision-making.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in data, calculations, and processes; build scalable, repeatable solutions.
