Job summary

Radiology Partners seeks a Director of Compensation to lead the organization’s compensation strategy, governance, and programs across the enterprise. You will partner with executives in HR, Finance, and operations to ensure market-competitive pay, pay equity, and effective incentive design while shaping job architecture and annual planning.

The role requires 10+ years in compensation leadership, CCP/SHRM/HRCI certification, and a strong healthcare/enterprise background.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive compensation experience, including enterprise programs.
  • Experience developing compensation strategy, governance, salary structures, and market pricing.
  • Experience presenting compensation recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
  • Healthcare, physician services, international, or acquisition integration experience.
  • CCP, SHRM, HRCI, or related certification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee compensation philosophy, market positioning, program priorities, and long-term strategy.
  • Lead broad-based compensation, salary structures, annual planning, promotions, and pay equity reviews.
  • Provide guidance on compensation decisions, investments, affordability, and policy exceptions.
  • Support growth, acquisitions, integrations, and international expansion.
  • Maintain job architecture, including job families, levels, bands, and classifications.
  • Review and approve changes to job structure and classification.
  • Partner on organization design, workforce planning, and career framework.
  • Oversee annual, sales, physician, executive, recognition, retention, and other programs.
  • Review and approve plan designs, funding, payouts, and program changes.
