Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Compensation to lead market pricing, planning, and governance of compensation programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable guidance on pay decisions, equity, and program design.

This hybrid New York role requires 5+ years of experience, advanced Excel, and strong communication to deliver analytics, governance, and leadership-level insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience or related analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Lead market pricing, benchmarking, and decorative assessments for a broad range of roles and develop compensation recommendations.
• Advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation programs, pay decisions, organizational changes, and complex matters.
• Participate in external compensation surveys and oversee market data analysis.
• Develop compensation communications and educational materials for employees and leadership.
• Lead components of annual compensation planning, including data validation and analytics.
