Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of compensation experience or related analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and competitive assessments for roles.
• Partner with HR to support compensation programs and decisions.
• Prepare compensation communications and leadership presentations.
• Support annual compensation planning and data validation.
• Monitor market trends and advise on program effectiveness.
• Ensure HR systems support pay programs and job architecture.
• Support recognition programs and governance of global job architecture.
