Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Compensation Consultant to partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Line of Business managers.

You will design and redesign incentive plans, develop salary grade models, and create compensation guidance tools to support policy decisions across the enterprise. You will advise on employment issues (FLSA and wage/hour laws), participate in job design, market pricing, and exemption determinations, and help leaders translate workforce needs into effective compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of related compensation program experience.

Responsibilities
