Ameriprise is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to shape compensation strategy for US Wealth Management, RiverSource Insurance & Annuities, and Field Operations. You will partner with business leaders to deliver market insights, influence talent decisions, and lead compensation initiatives with an executive-facing focus.

You will advise on hiring, promotions, organizational changes, and retention, using market data and internal equity to balance competitiveness with business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR consulting, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and experience advising leaders on complex workforce issues.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
