Job summary

Insperity seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant to partner with client executives, educating and evaluating compensation programs to align with business goals and performance metrics. You will support development of philosophy, incentives, and merit design while mentoring junior team members.

In this role, you will conduct client research, design pay strategies, and help implement merit, bonus, and incentive plans, staying current on regulations and market trends across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Seven or more years of experience in the compensation field is required.
• One year of Insperity compensation consulting experience is required. CCP is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth, strategic compensation guidance to clients’ leadership.
• Consult with multiple clients and tailor pay programs to each client’s needs.
• Develop and implement compensation programs including bonuses, commissions, and merit pay.
• Stay current with compensation trends and advise clients accordingly.
• Mentor and develop staff within the compensation services team.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Master’s Degree in business preferred
