Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay program administration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to explain compensation concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Compensation Strategy & Administration: Partner with People & Culture, TA, and leaders to assess needs using market data and equity analyses.
• Support annual merit planning, promotions, salary adjustments, and incentive programs.
• Evaluate requests and align with compensation philosophy, pay structures, and business objectives.
• Assist with growth, mergers, integrations, and workforce transformation compensation activities.
• Analyze impacts of org changes and maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Develop scalable compensation processes to support continued growth and transformation.
• Participate in surveys, review job descriptions, classifications, and ensure internal consistency.
• Ensure compliance with wage laws and develop compensation dashboards and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve Workday compensation processes and data integrity.
• Collaborate across teams to uphold Integrity's values and deliver high-quality service.
