Job summary

The role uses data and analytics to support market competitiveness, internal equity, and pay decisions, partnering with HRBP, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large data sets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation data & analytics including accuracy in pricing, internal equity analysis, and HRIS data integrity.
• Analyze data to support salary recommendations, internal equity, range penetration, and other compensation decisions.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze external market data, salary structures, and industry benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain compensation reports, analytical models, and tools for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with development and maintenance of salary structures, compensation guidelines, and related tools.
• Administer annual merit, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs within established timelines.
• Deliver training and communications for employee compensation programs to improve understanding and engagement.
• Support compensation planning, budgeting, forecasting, and related processes.
• Prepare compensation reports and materials for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, reporting, and data quality.
