As an internal consultant, you will partner with HRBPs and leaders to apply standards that align with our philosophy and business objectives. The role combines hands-on program administration with data-driven analysis and cross-functional consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation program administration and analysis experience.
• CCP certification is a plus and experience with Dayforce HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and internal equity analyses.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and compensation planning processes along with incentive plan communications.
