Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including building complex formulas and automating workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, translating business needs into system requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with total rewards leadership and HRBP to provide strategic recommendations based on trends.
• Provide strategic consulting on complex compensation matters to senior leaders and partners.
• Lead the HRIS/Compensation workstream and use Advanced Compensation in Workday.
• Facilitate annual compensation review meetings with senior leaders.
• Develop communication and education materials for compensation programs.
• Lead market-based compensation surveys and analyze results and trends.
• Conduct job evaluations and pricing, ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.
• Document and automate compensation processes to meet evolving business needs.
