Job summary

Landing Point, a leading nonprofit environmental advocacy organization, seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst in New York, NY. You will serve as the primary compensation consultant to HR partners, executives, and managers, driving market pricing, job evaluations, and data-driven recommendations.

With 7+ years in compensation analysis, you will manage international compensation programs, leverage PayScale/PayFactors, and advanced Excel for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or related HR functions.
• Hands-on experience with PayScale, PayFactors, or similar compensation tools.
• Experience with international compensation programs and global market benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel skills for compensation analysis and reporting.
• Strong HRIS and compensation management knowledge.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compensation consultant to support HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Executives, and Managers.
• Build partnerships with HR Business Partners and leaders to resolve compensation matters.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and compensation analyses for new positions and changes.
• Collaborate on competitive compensation recommendations with HR and TA teams.
• Support annual compensation planning processes.
• Conduct ad hoc job description and compensation analyses, modeling, and reporting.
• Assist in administration and improvement of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with Compensation team on organization-wide initiatives.
• Support compensation programs for U.S. and international offices.
• Develop and facilitate compensation training materials.
• Participate in international survey submissions and market pricing activities.
• Support ongoing administration of compensation systems.
