Overview
At Clari+Salesloft, our Senior Compensation Analyst is critical to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our Total Rewards team and will provide compensation support for base and variable pay programs and administration. You will be our compensation subject matter expert and partner with Recruiting, People Business Partners, and Leaders both domestically and internationally on compensation-related activities and initiatives.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overall compensation related activities including:
Responsibilities
- Global Compensation Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market evaluations to determine salary grades and pay recommendations. You will balance internal equity with external competitiveness across our global footprint (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Global Regulatory Compliance: Lead the charge on pay compliance by ensuring all job postings and compensation practices adhere to evolving laws across our footprint. You will serve as the subject matter expert for US Pay Transparency laws, UK regulatory reporting, and the EU Directive, and other global requirements partnering with Legal to mitigate risk.
- Administer Compensation Programs: Lead the execution of corporate compensation programs, including the semi-annual merit cycle, corporate bonus payouts, and equity administration. This role focuses on broad-based compensation and does not manage Sales Commissions.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Partner closely with Recruiting, People Business Partners, and Leaders to develop solutions for compensation challenges. You will serve as the trusted advisor for offers, promotions, and retention cases.
- HRIS Data Integrity & Audits: Serve as the primary guardian of compensation data quality. Perform routine audits between our HRIS (HiBob) and market data systems to ensure 100% accuracy in job profiles, salary grades, and variable pay targets.
- Job Architecture Management: Maintain and evolve the company’s job architecture. You will partner with HRBPs to evaluate new roles, determine appropriate job levels, and ensure consistency across departments and geographies.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and build advanced compensation metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making. You will forecast compensation spend and analyze outcomes to tell the story behind the data.

THE SKILLSET:
Technical Expertise:
- 5+ years of Global Compensation experience: Must have demonstrated experience managing compensation across multiple geographies. Specific command of US, UK, EU, India regulatory environments is required (e.g., FLSA, UK Gender Pay Gap reporting, and the EU Pay Transparency Directive).
- Advanced Analytical & Modeling Skills: Beyond just "managing data," you are an expert in Excel/Google Sheets (nested formulas, pivot tables, lookups) capable of building complex financial models and scenario planning.
- HRIS: Experience with HiBob (specifically Compensation & Core HR modules) is preferred.
- Market Data: Strong proficiency with Radford (Aon) or similar global survey methodologies (Payfactors experience is a plus).
- (Preferred) Equity Administration: Experience understanding and administering global Stock Option/RSU programs.
Strategic & Behavioral Attributes
- Consultative Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can confidently coach Recruiters and HRBPs on how to frame compensation offers and handle difficult conversations.
- Global Flexibility: Willingness to work a shift that overlaps with US Morning Hours (EST) to ensure real-time collaboration with stakeholders.
- Discretion & Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or GRP certification is a strong plus.
