Munson Healthcare is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to lead enterprise-wide compensation initiatives, benchmark market data, and ensure pay equity. This senior role partners with leadership to analyze and design compensation programs that drive organizational success and fairness.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of compensation experience, advanced analytics skills, and experience with Workday or SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of compensation experience.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide compensation programs.
Strong background in analytics and compensation operations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (required).
CCP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Shape and optimize enterprise-wide compensation programs to align with organizational goals and pay equity.
Collaborate with Compensation leadership to analyze, design, and administer base pay, incentives, and salary structures.
Perform market benchmarking, large-scale analyses, and governance to support pay decisions.
Translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making and strategic recommendations.
Influence compensation initiatives and consult with leaders to attract, retain, and reward talent.
