Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Compensation Analyst to plan, develop, and implement compensation programs and policies that align with company goals and competitive market practices.

You will partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to administer programs, benchmark pay structures, and produce data-driven reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and equitable pay across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or finance preferred.
• 5+ years in compensation administration strongly preferred.
• Experience with SuccessFactors compensation module preferred.
• Experience in compensation plan design for retail or customer-facing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers compensation programs for a growing workforce and various programs.
• Advises on pay strategies, bonus structures, and total compensation.
• Benchmark internal jobs to assign pay grades/bands and targets.
• Participates in third-party surveys to stay current on pay practices.
• Assigns job titles and levels to standardize titles and career paths.
• Prepares executive-level reports highlighting key data insights.
• Audits HRIS compensation objects for accuracy and compliance.
• Develops communications on budgets, policy changes, and incentive plans.
• Collaborates with HR, finance, and vendors to implement design changes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws.
