Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in solution architecture, systems analysis, or enterprise design.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end solution design for medium to large initiatives.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and artifacts.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) or comparable SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for medium to large initiatives, including configurations, integrations, and security considerations.
• Translate functional business needs into scalable architectural designs and blueprints.
• Evaluate options, balancing functionality, maintainability, cost, and risk.
• Collaborate with HR, analysts, developers, and vendors to meet expectations.
• Provide architectural guidance across delivery lifecycle and post‑implementation support.
• Ensure designs comply with enterprise standards, security, and data privacy.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, data flows, and interface specs.
