Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Senior Executive Compensation and Benefits Analyst to administer executive deferred compensation, LTIP programs, and related reporting. This role partners with executives, plan recordkeepers, accounting, payroll, and legal to ensure accurate records, timely projections, and compliant education.

Responsibilities

• Administer Executive Deferred Compensation Plan activities, including eligibility, enrollment, elections, deferrals, distributions, beneficiary records, and recordkeeping coordination.
• Coordinate with Newport or designated plan recordkeeper on system setup, data, balances, reporting, testing, and issue resolution.
• Plan and execute annual and newly eligible enrollment cycles with participant communications, configuration review, and final reporting.
• Meet with executives to explain plan provisions, deferral opportunities, payment schedules, and modelling scenarios without providing tax or legal advice.
• Maintain accurate participant records and audit trails, ensuring compliance with plan terms and non-qualified deferred compensation requirements.
• Reconcile recordkeeper reports with internal records and coordinate with Payroll for elections and tax reporting input.
• Administer executive LTIP awards, maintain records of grants, vesting, deferrals, and share balances.
• Perform detailed reconciliations among plan documents, award agreements, internal trackers, payroll, and recordkeeper data.
