Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Compensation Analyst II to administer and improve pay programs. You will perform market pricing, job evaluation and salary structure analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and confidentiality are essential.

Collaborate with HR partners, ensure compliance with pay regulations, and support ongoing compensation projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Three to five years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience with market analysis, job evaluation, salary structure administration and data interpretation.
• Experience with deferred comp or bonus administration and HRIS reporting preferred.
• CCP designation or progress toward certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer base pay and incentive programs, including monthly, quarterly, and annual processes.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmark analyses for positions.
• Evaluate jobs and recommend pay grades, salary ranges and title alignment.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze external market data.
• Prepare analyses, reports and communications for budgets and pay programs.
• Provide guidance for hiring, promotions, and other pay actions within guidelines.
• Audit compensation data and support HRIS data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws.
