Job summary
Premier Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead strategic compensation design, analysis, and administration. You will drive job evaluations, market pricing, and reporting to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
The role also serves as the Workday compensation functional lead, handling configuration, testing, and the annual compensation cycle. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in compensation, strong Excel skills, and experience with Workday and
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in compensation
- Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and formulas
- Experience with market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity concepts
- Experience with Workday compensation functionality and Advanced Compensation
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve processes
- Bachelor's degree in HR and CCP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, administer, analyze, and improve Premier's compensation programs
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses
- Lead Workday compensation configuration, testing, and maintenance
- Administer annual merit increases and incentive awards
- Prepare communications for leadership and support compensation audits
