Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Compensation to design and maintain base pay structures, using market analytics to guide decisions. You will partner with leadership and HR to ensure competitive, equitable pay programs and support company objectives.

The role involves advising management, developing job descriptions, conducting analyses, and participating in annual compensation reviews. Strong Excel and data skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 6+ years of compensation administration experience.
• Experience with base pay structures, market analytics and job evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of base pay structures, including salary pay ranges, grades and job leveling systems.
• Conduct market research using salary surveys and competitive benchmarking to determine pay levels.
• Provide guidance to management on pay decisions and policy interpretation.
• Develop career paths and job descriptions and conduct FLSA reviews for compliance.
• Participate in annual compensation cycles, including merit and market adjustments.
