Job summary

Premier is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, administer, analyze, and improve compensation programs. The role leads Workday compensation configurations, supports annual merit and incentive cycles, and partners with HR leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Strong Excel, CCP (preferred), and Workday experience are required. The individual will collaborate with HR Business Partners, HRIS, and executives to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• Strong Excel experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Experience with Workday compensation functionality and Advanced Compensation.
• CCP certification preferred; ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs, perform market pricing, and advise on salary structures.
• Serve as Workday compensation functional lead, configure settings, and test releases.
• Manage annual merit increases and incentive awards aligned with budgets.
• Prepare analytics and communicate guidance to HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and executives.
