Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to implement, administer, and optimize compensation programs, including merit cycles and incentive planning.

You will analyze market data, ensure equity, and maintain governance across the organization. Responsibilities include program administration, annual planning, market trend evaluation, and cross-functional consultation while upholding compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering and analyzing compensation programs.
• Familiarity with compensation laws (FLSA, EEO, ADA).
• Strong analytical, statistical, and MS Office skills (incl. Excel).
• CCP certification and Dayforce HRIS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation programs, including merit and incentive planning.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and compensation planning, with accurate calculations and payouts.
• Analyze market data to assess competitiveness and design metrics.
• Consult with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and managers on compensation and job design.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and protect confidentiality of employee data.
